Exchange and Return Policy

thesaadgi.com follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a “100% Buyer Protection Program” for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.

All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.

Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at [email protected] within 24 Hours from the date of delivery. If a reverse pickup facility is available on your pincode we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick-up charges are to be borne by the customer which is Rs 250/-. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on a few Pincodes. In this case, the customer is requested to send it back with the customer’s name and mobile on it. Exchanges are allowed on size issues only. The exchange will not be issued on product exchange. The customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock. 

Return: We humbly don’t take returns on items sold once.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product or an incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we will resolve it for you.

Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, and eligible for exchange.

NOTE: Opening Video of the parcel for the first time is mandatory in both scenarios otherwise we will not be able to proceed with the exchange

Can I cancel my order?

Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

You can cancel your order before the parcel is dispatched, Once the parcel is dispatched then cancellation of the order is not possible. Please call us on 8287866215 or write to us at [email protected] to request a cancellation.

Why my exchange is not accepted?

We endeavor to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

  • Exchange/Return is not accepted if the Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering.
  • Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There are bound to be variations in color, finish, and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor/screen for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
  • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on thesaadgi.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be completely accurate.
  • Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  • Purchases made from the SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sales, discounted, brought with a coupon, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

The validity of the Credit voucher issued for exchange will be of 30 days.

How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?

The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in the next 30 days on the “The Saadgi” website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.

  • Which countries does THE SAADGI ship to? THE SAADGI ships to the US, UK, UAE, Australia, Hong Kong, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, Afghanistan, and South Africa(more countries are coming soon).
  • What are the international shipping costs and duties? For all international orders from outside India, orders under INR 40,000 (approx. USD 540) are charged INR 1500 per kg (approx. USD 30), and orders above INR 40,000 are shipped free. Please note that customs duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of delivery address.
  • Can I return, exchange, or cancel an international order? Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns/cancellations or exchanges. For tracking please email us on [email protected]
  • How long will it take for my order to reach me? From the time of shipping – it will take around 15 working days for your international order to reach you.
  • What payment methods does THE SAADGI allow for international shipping? You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders.
